SULTANA COMPOTE
(KURU ÜZÜM HOŞAFI)

500 gr. sultanas
300 gr. sugar
1 lt. water
Wash the sultanas with hot water, let them stand in warm water for 10 - 12 hours. Put them in 1 lt. of water in a saucepan, add sugar. Cover and cook an medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve cold.
