MENGEN RICE
(MENGEN PİLAVI)

4 Servings

1 kg. rice
100 gr. corn
100 gr. green peas
Springs of dill
10 pcs. dried apricot
100 gr. sultanas
100 gr. butter
Meat brath

Wash the rice. Cover with warm water and let cool. Wash 3 - 4 times and drain well. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the rice and brown for 20 minutes. Than add the hot meat brath in to the rice. Finally put all ingredients and wait for 15 minutes. Serve at once.
