GRAPE LEAVES STUFFED WITH RICE (ZEYTİNYAĞLI YAPRAK DOLMASI)

500 gr. rice
300 gr. onion
100 gr. pine nuts
100 gr. currents
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Cinnamon
Dill
Parsley
Pepper mint
Chops the onions finely. Wash the rice and currents. Roast pine nuts and onions. Than put the rice and currents. And add all spices. Stir them and cook by adding water let cool. After adding dill, parsley and pepper mint; Filling is ready. Place each leaf on a plate. Put ½ tablespoon of filling on the larger end of it, fold the two sides over and roll it on like a cigarette.
Place them tightly side by side in a saucepan. Add lemon juice and 1 glass of water. Put a small lid or plate on top of them. Cover and cook on low heat for one hour, until sater is ab sorbed let cool. Arrange on a serving dish and serve with lemon slices.
