SPANISH OMLETTE
(İSPANYOL OMLET)

4 Servings

1 potatos
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 grated carrot
100 gr. butter
3 eggs

Heat the Eternity pan on fire and melt apiece of butter in it. Than all the ingredient sauted sauted in the pan. Springle black pepper to the mixture. Melt the butter in another Eternity pan. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour into the pan and cook for 5 minutes. And put the mixture onit and cover like a half moon. It is ready for service.
