VEGETABLE SOUP
(BORÇ ÇORBASI)

6 Servings

2 carrots
1 leek
500 gr. cabbage
2 celery roots
2 onion
2 potatos
200 gr. green beans
4 garlics
500 gr. meat

Cut all ingredents into thin slices. Melt butter in casserole, add onions and garlics and brown for few minutes. Put other ingredents together with some flour, tomato paste and meat brath. Cook for 1 hour. Than add slices cooked meat. İt is ready for service.
